Quality customer service is my passion!
I’ve been in Banking and Finance industry for around 30 years, and in that time I have seen a lot of change both to the industry itself and consumers attitude to the industry. I recall a time when the local Bank Manager was revered and recognised by everyone in the community and customer loyalty to their bank was never an issue.
Whilst technology, and the way we bank today may be different, customers still need quality, expert advice and superb service when it comes to their lending requirements. I believe in good old fashioned customer service, and my passion has and always will be getting the right outcome for the client. Nothing is too big or too small and every individual deserves my full commitment.
