Melissa is a hardworking and highly experienced finance professional with 14 years of industry experience. She has an extensive background in banking, encompassing loan services, home loans, personal loans and credit cards.

Having managed a national team of lenders in her role as ‘Sales Team Leader’ at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, Melissa has developed exceptional leadership, management and communication skills. She has also completed banking secondments working as a Workplace Planning Manager and a Senior Service Manager.

Specialising in home loans and personal loans, Melissa is a switched on and empathetic professional who builds relationships with ease. She genuinely cares about her clients and takes great pleasure in helping them to achieve their finance goals.

Outside of the office, she enjoys yoga, playing netball and hiking through the Gold Coast Hinterland. She is a North Queensland Cowboys fan and loves holidaying in tropical locations.
