Meet Zuzana, a warm, empathetic and dedicated professional who understands the importance of effective communication and paying meticulous attention to detail.

Zuzana has been working in financial services for more than 20 years and has been a mortgage and finance broker since 2011. With experience in customer service, credit underwriting, sales management and most recently broking, she has been exposed to a diverse range of client needs and has a comprehensive understanding of lender requirements and the various finance options available. Plus, she knows the loan process like the back of her hand!

A nurturer by nature, Zuzana’s customers always feel supported and well-informed. She does everything in her power to deliver positive customer experiences and keeps her clients up to date throughout the entire loan process.

Zuzana enjoys assisting first home buyers, homeowners, investors and business owners, and when she’s not working, she enjoys escaping for weekends away with her family.
